.30-06 in the head or shoulder will kill them without dogs.
Compound Bow. Just keep in mind, this is not a good shot placement…

We don’t use dogs. They chase off the hogs we are trying to hunt. We hunt all over fanning county and a few other county’s here in Texas. Thanks for watching us!!!!
We did not find him!!! That is not a shot we we will try again.
@boardhunts Did you find him?
My friend Bryan Pendergrass told me about your website, nice videos man. Where do yall mainly hunt, Lannius / Allens Chapel area?
When I was doing surveying, for the new Ralph Hall lake that they’re putting in, we came across a shitload of hogs in those bottoms out there.
One of these days if yall have any extra room me and Bryan would love to go with ya. Do yall ever use dogs to hunt with?
Alabama has plenty of good boars out there, call around to the WMA and ask, there’s plenty out there.
Did ya find em & if so how far did he run before dropping ?
I live in Alabama and really haven’t heard much about boar/hog hunting. I’d love to give it a go sometime. Where would be the best place to go in the Southeast?
sooo did you find it ? i mean it looked like the arrow got some penetration and that was right behind the ear…thats were i shoot them with my rifle … usually they drop if hit on that particular spot …
We have shot so many hogs with a bow, so we tried this to try to drop one… Don’t try this it home, it does not work…….
I didn’t read all the comments and it might be already answered, but did you find that hog dead, need to punch him again, never recovered or what? Thanks.
Nice video; I’ve never hunted wild boar before. I am new to you tube and had heard about this boar epidemic and was watching some videos. The video with the guy talking about Russian boars was the first I had heard of that fact was why I asked. I thought the epidemic had been solely attributable to a population explosion of new hybrid domestic ferals. That is why I asked about it. Thanks for the response. Nice boar. Good and dead. I hated raising hogs.
We have a mixed russian hogs here, and they are a problem for farmers and will continue to be for years to come. For the hunter like my self though, I would not call them a problem, but a cure! When I am ready to hunt, they are there for me….
You didn’t mention they will destroy anything when they get there too. Even domestic ones are terrible. I don’t know if many up north even know about how the population has exploded. Someone just told me about it over the summer. What about the guy who has a video about russian boars. Is it true that it might be a re-introduction problem as opposed to a feral/evolutionary issue problem?
Your welcome!!!!! Thank You…
I don’t know about that!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL…
Man your the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when u shot any animals or (humans)- joke ) in ear they very die…
I can smell bacon……..lol
